Can I enter the promotion?

Only Australians aged 15+ may enter this promotion. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your legal parent/guardian before you enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.

How do I enter?

Make a Qualifying Purchase from participating McDonald's stores in Australia. Visit the Website winkpoptickets.mycoke.com.au (or scan the QR code on Medium or Large K-Wave themed cup, where available). Fill out and submit the online entry form, including providing your name and contact details.

Is there a limit on how many times I can enter the promotion?

You can enter up to five (5) times per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per transaction. Each entry must be submitted separately.

How and when will I be notified?

If you win an instant win prize, you will get a message (on screen) acknowledging your entry and details about the instant win prize. Winners will also then receive an SMS with details on how to claim the prize.

The major prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 1 business day of determination.

All winners will have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on 20/05/2024 for a period of 28 days.

How do I receive my prize?

If you win an instant win prize, the prize will be sent to you by SMS (to the mobile phone number you use to enter). You will then need to activate the card using the activation code provided in the SMS.

If you win a major prize, a member of our team will be in touch to assist with prize redemption and booking.

When will my prizes expire?

The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard®, any unused balance will be forfeited.

When is the major prize draw held?

The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 17/05/2024 at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099.

When is the last day I can claim my prize?

5pm (AEST) on 23/05/2024.

When is the unclaimed major prize draw held?

12pm (AEST) on 24/05/2024 at the same location as the original draw. Any such winner will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 1 business day of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on 27/05/2024 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 21/06/2024.

How many instant prizes can I win?

There is a limit of one instant win prize per person (except for SA residents).

I wanted a different prize. Can I exchange it?
